Exchanging Merchandise:
You may make an exchange on any item for a different size, color or an altogether different item as long as it is in like-new condition and is not a "closeout" item. Please be aware that you will be charged for the return shipping and for the merchandise and shipping you re-order as replacement(s).
- Follow the return procedure
- Go on-line to your merchandise store and order the item(s) you wish in exchange for the ones you are returning.
- A refund to your account will be issued for the exchanged item(s) once we have received the merchandise you would like to replace and your new order has been processed.
Returning Merchandise:
If you experience any dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us within 5 working days of merchandise receipt. Should your merchandise arrive damaged, we will replace the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. The vendor reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue credit for any merchandise returned. Your 100% satisfaction with your purchase is our top priority. Our return policy is simple: As long as the item is in "as-new" condition, you may return your purchase with the original packaging within 30 days of receiving your shipment.

- Replace the item in its original packaging, include the packing slip, and give a brief description for the reason for the return.
- Wait for the call tag to arrive or preferred shipper to pick up the package.
Crediting Your Credit Card:
Once we receive your return, we will send you an email stating the amount we are crediting to your credit card. You can expect credits to appear on your account within 2 to 5 business days from receipt of merchandise.
Cancelling Order:
A $25 order cancellation fee and applicable shipping charges will be applied for cancelled orders.
Lost Packing Slips:
If the packing slip has been misplaced, be sure you enclose the following information:
- Your name and company name
- Your email address
- Your shipping address
- Order number
- Description of the merchandise being returned
- Reason for the return
Shipping Policy:
The vendor will make every possible effort to personally deliver the finished goods. However, if that cannot be done, the vendor will ship these goods by their preferred shipper. The customer will assume any additional expense required to expedite delivery or fees associated with international shipping.
